• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

• A deposit may be required before commencing work.

• Full payment is due upon project completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

5. Property Access and Preparation

• Clients must provide clear access to the worksite.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, hidden obstacles, or weather conditions.

6. Liability

• We take precautions to avoid property damage. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities or unforeseen site conditions.

• Our services come with a 2-month warranty on materials and workmanship unless otherwise stated.

8. Governing Law
